Pressure Washing
For durable flatwork, masonry and selected hard surfaces.
Jacksonville Washers
Surface-matched washing for homes and businesses—from riverfront neighborhoods to the Southside, Arlington, Mandarin, and the Beaches.
Why it matters
Rain settles into shaded concrete. Algae shows up on siding and pool decks. Traffic film builds around storefronts and parking areas. Jacksonville Washers cleans those exterior surfaces with a method chosen for the material—not with the same pressure everywhere.

Our Approach
Concrete and curbs can take a different cleaning approach than painted siding, screens, wood or asphalt shingles. Before work begins, the surface, stain, drainage and nearby landscaping should be considered.
For durable flatwork, masonry and selected hard surfaces.
Heated water for grease-heavy commercial areas when appropriate.
For roofs, siding, stucco, painted finishes and other lower-pressure surfaces.
For broad concrete areas that need a more even pass.
For rust, irrigation marks, oil, gum, graffiti and other stubborn stains.
Homes
Exterior cleaning should make the house look cared for without creating a second problem. High pressure in the wrong place can scar wood, force water behind siding, tear screens or disturb roof granules. The cleaning plan should match the material and its condition.
Businesses
A clean entrance is easier to notice than a maintenance plan, but the plan is what keeps it that way. We provide one-time and recurring exterior cleaning for retail, office, restaurant, medical, educational, multi-family, industrial and community properties.
Commercial service can cover storefronts, building exteriors, sidewalks, parking areas, garages, breezeways, loading docks, dumpster pads, drive-through lanes, fuel stations, awnings, signs and common areas. Hot-water cleaning and stain treatment may be used where grease, gum and oil are part of the job.

Local Focus
Jacksonville is spread out, and its properties are just as varied. A Riverside bungalow, a Mandarin brick home, a Southside retail center and a coastal condo near Jacksonville Beach do not need the same wash plan. Tree cover, shade, salt-air exposure, roof material, traffic and drainage all change how a surface should be approached.
We serve properties across Jax, including areas around Downtown and the Southbank, Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville, the San Pablo Road corridor near Mayo Clinic, the University of North Florida, Jacksonville University, Stanton College Preparatory School, Douglas Anderson School of the Arts, St. Johns Town Center and Jacksonville International Airport. These are geographic references only and do not imply affiliation.

Surfaces
How It Works
Tell us what needs cleaning and where the property is located.
We review the surface type, visible buildup, access and nearby areas.
The cleaning method is selected—pressure, hot-water power washing, soft washing or a combination.
Plants, outlets, doors, windows and movable items are addressed before cleaning begins.
The work is completed, the area is rinsed and the main surfaces are checked with you.
There is no useful one-size-fits-all calendar. A shaded Northside driveway may darken faster than an open driveway in Mandarin. A storefront near heavy traffic may need recurring service, while a lightly used residential patio may only need cleaning when buildup becomes visible. The right schedule depends on shade, moisture, tree cover, foot traffic, surface material and the appearance you want to maintain.
